Can I request a design?
Currently, only bibles are available for custom orders. Please click the "Custom Bibles" image on the Home page to start an inquiry. Hopefully, in the future, I will be able to accommodate custom orders for other books as well.
Can I cancel my order?
If I have already ordered specific supplies for the product, have produced the product, or have shipped the product then the order cannot be canceled and refunds will not be avaiable. After 48 hours, orders will be finlized. To cancel an order use the inquery form on our Contact page.
Shipping, care, and policies
How long until my rebind arrives?
Each book or bible is handmade to order. Depending on the complexity of the design, some orders may take lonjger than others. You can expect your order to ship, on average, within 6-8 weeks after ordering.
If I am reciving a higher volume of orders than usual, shipping may take closer to 10-12 weeks. I will do my best to reach out if turnaround time extends beyond the 6-8 week week timeframe. Once your rebind has shipped, I am no longer in control of how long it takes to arrive at your address.
Will materials always match exactly?
Because book cloth, ribbon, charms, and other finishing details are sourced in smaller quantities, exact materials may vary slightly over time. Even when a component changes, the finished rebind will stay true to the overall design direction and quality of the piece you selected.
What is the return/refund policy? What about damages?
All books and Bibles are custom-made and one of a kind. Because of the handcrafted nature of this work, I do not accept returns or refunds on any orders, including custom or personalized rebinds.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within three (3) days of delivery with a description and photo proof of the damage, and I'll do my best to make it right.
Please note that all rebinds are made with great care, and I do my absolute best to make them as perfect as possible. Becuase they are handcrafted and I am only human, small imperfections may occur and are to be expected.
